Cancellation
Cancel group classes at least 12 hours before class, and private or semi-private
sessions at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancelling a group class less
than 12 hours ahead forfeits the class and may carry a $10 late-cancel fee. No-shows
for group classes are charged a $15 fee. For private and semi-private sessions,
cancellations or no-shows inside the 24-hour window forfeit the session — there is
no additional charge.
Please make all cancellations through your Mindbody. This opens the spot for someone
else. Texts or emails to cancel are ignored.
Sales
All purchases are non-refundable. Exchanges can be made for upgrades or alternative
packages. If you purchase a series, note its expiration date.
Membership suspensions
Monthly memberships can be suspended for a minimum of 10 days. Email the dates of
your requested suspension to info@love-pilates.com at
least 30 days ahead of a planned suspension, such as a vacation. In the case of an
emergency — an injury or surgery — a membership can be suspended with less notice.
The length of the suspension is added to the end of the contract.
Studio guidelines
Children are not permitted in the studio unless they are enrolled in the class.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Clients must be at
least 14 years old to take a class, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a
parent or guardian.
