This website uses a small number of cookies — Google Analytics, plus the cookies Mindbody needs to run booking and sign-in. The full list is below. Effective September 9, 2026.
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store, usually to remember who you are between visits or to measure what happens on a site. Some are essential to make something work — staying signed in, holding a payment session — and others exist for analytics or advertising.
The pages here set no cookies of their own. But every page loads Mindbody's booking script, which powers the "Buy Now" buttons, the "Account" link and the class schedule. That script also runs Google Analytics, which sets three cookies in your browser:
_ga — tells Google Analytics one browser apart from another. Lasts
about 13 months.
_ga_DQG857GLED and _ga_G6CNHSGKRK — keep an analytics
session going for the two Google Analytics properties Mindbody runs. Each lasts
about 13 months.
These are analytics only. Nothing on this website is used for advertising, and no personal information is sold.
The class pricing, schedule and private-appointment pages have booking windows
embedded directly from Mindbody (served from go.mindbodyonline.com).
When one of those loads, or when you open a "Buy Now" or "Account" window, Mindbody
sets its own cookies on its own domain to keep you signed in and process payment.

The first time you visit, a banner asks whether to allow analytics cookies. Choose
Decline and this site switches Google Analytics off on your next
page view and clears the _ga cookies it had already set. If your
browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a Decline
automatically. The booking and sign-in tools keep working either way — those cookies
are needed to actually book and pay.
If we ever add anything beyond analytics — advertising or marketing trackers — this page and the banner will be updated before it goes live. Nothing here is set up to change quietly.
